Three Modules of Dynamic Practice
Module 1 –
Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa (Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down)
Module 1 practice consists of a series of gentle body movements, synchronized with meditative visualization to exchange Qi between the body and the Nature. There are three sequences in which practitioners merge with the nature Qi and draw inward to the body. As most sicknesses are mainly due to obstruction of Qi moving in and out the body, enhancing the Interchange of internal and external Qi not only improves the body functions and prevent illnesses but bring body function back to normal as well (healing). People with limited mobility or strength can practise it, as the use of mind is as important as the precision of the movement. Long and persistent practice of this method may also bring development of paranormal abilities.

La Qi - is an external qi practice and therefore is the basis of external qi therapy. La Qi is a fundamental method taught to all Zhineng Qigong practitioners. Qi is gathered by practising La Qi and can be applied to body for healing purpose.
Chen Qi (Stretching Qi) - This is an effective method to stimulate and mobilize internal physical Qi and unify Qi within the entire body as a whole.
Dun Qiang (Wall Squatting) - It involves a gentle up-down movement of the body while facing a wall. The practice corrects the spinal structure and relaxes the whole body.
